Center Point Community Center Members,

As you are aware, new information about COVID-19 becomes available daily. The City of Center Point is continuously monitoring the situation and is in contact with our state and local public health agencies, and other local experts. We have a plan of action if the need arises. Currently there are no cases of COVID-19 in the state of Alabama. However, as Spring break approaches many of our staff and members will be traveling. As everyone embarks on trips, we want to remind you of effective flu and virus prevention strategies that will help keep your family healthy. If you or a family member are showing COVID-19 symptoms such as fever, coughing, or difficulty breathing, please call your family physician for guidance.

Center Point Parks and Recreation remains committed to providing a safe, healthy environment for our members. Our staff has adopted routine cleaning protocols to further prevent the spread of any flu or virus. We will continue to remind members and citizens about effective prevention methods and their role in keeping our center and community healthy.
